This resource manual was compiled for use during a five-day institute on learning disabilities, held in 2007 at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick.
The manual contains sections on the definition of learning disabilities (LDs); the roles of screening, assessment and psychological reports in determining the presence of an LD; decoding and fluency in reading; reading comprehension; and written expression.
