Towards an Integrated Model to Support the Literacy Development of Francophones in Canada (2011)

This discussion paper was published by Réseau pour le développement de l’alphabétisme et des compétences (RESDAC), formerly known as the Fédération canadienne pour l’alphabétisation en français (FCAF).

The authors propose a shift away from a model based on the development of literacy training programs towards one based on continued skills development and, eventually, upon a continuum of services in a community.
