Skill Book – Practical Computer Use: A guide for learning basic practical computer skills needed for everyday living (2011)

This document is aimed at students using the fourth module in a teaching and learning package developed by the Newfoundland and Labrador Laubach Literacy Council and is to be used with the equivalent tutor guide.

While some of the other modules contain computer exercises, all 12 lessons in this module focus on the Essential Skill of computer use. Lessons feature a variety of computer-related topics, including keyboarding skills, banking online, and Internet Safety.

Like the skill books for the previous modules, this one includes a checklist of objectives to help the learner track progress made; space for making notes; and a glossary of new words.
