Video Projects Across the Curriculum (2012)

This document is part of a series on video in the classroom.

Here, the authors discuss ways that video projects can be used in language arts, math, science, social studies, and health. For instance, in language arts, students could create a short video newscast of school or community events, or write a critique of a video production.

For science, suggestions include researching and producing a video about animals that live in the area, or video-recording a science lab as part of a video archive of science experiment demonstrations.

Students could also prepare videos about careers they are interested in, or about traditional activities in the community.
