What Works! A Summer Institute on Employment Issues for Literacy Practitioners (1998)

This is the report of a Summer Institute on Employment, organized by Employment Projects for Women in Manitoba. Sessions at the event focused on various topics including current market trends in urban and rural Manitoba, job search techniques, and working with specific groups of people. Time was also allocated for participants to develop hands-on ideas and strategies to assist learners in becoming job ready. The materials in this document represent the fruits of their labour.
