This is the third in a series of three modules intended to help a person responsible for training literacy tutors deliver training to experienced literacy tutors. The modules are designed to train tutors in helping literacy learners with their job search.

A literacy tutor may use the strategies, tools, materials and resources found in this module to guide literacy learners in 1) creating employer interest; 2) preparing for a job interview; 3) practicing job interviews; 4) convincing an employer that one is the right person for a job, and; 5) keeping a job.
