This report presents the findings from the Needs Assessment conducted regarding the information and education needs of hard-to-reach patients at the Montreal General Hospital, part of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). These hard-to-reach patients include those with low literacy, those who face language and cultural barriers, and those who cannot process health information because of physical or cognitive learning disabilities.
