Matrices

The Workplace Informal Learning Matrix (WILM) was designed to help individuals and companies to assess the on the job learning of their workforce.

The WILM consists of a series of specific scales used to measure the Essential Skills required on the job.

The WILM measures the following:
- Working with Others;
- Oral Communication;
- Problem Solving;
- Decision Making; and
- Learning Skills.
