Innovation Skills Profile (2003)

This Conference Board of Canada pamphlet describes the Innovation Skills Profile, a listing of those skills employees need in order to contribute to an organization's innovation performance, enabling the organization to produce new or improved products, processes and services. The Board invites and encourages employees, employers, educators, students, government, labour and communities to use the Innovation Skills Profile as a framework for dialogue and action.
