Facilitator's Kit, Guide

This is an activity kit that helps participants to create a self-portrait of their essential skills.

This guide is designed for workers in the field of employment, especially those who help others in their life/work journeys. It offers six activities, two of which are games.

The Appendices of this document contains an alphabetical list of occupations and summary description, role profiles sorted according to their required degree of importance of essential skills. The Participant notebook is part of the appendix C. This Facilitator’s Guide is part of the activity kit.

The full Facititator's Kit contains:

- A main board, including the participants’ boards.
- 90 role profile cards.
- 90 answer keys (transparencies), with the skills required for each occupation.
- CD containing the Facilitator’s Guide, the Participant’s Notebook (must be photocopied) and the Participant’s Sheet (photocopy more if participants join the group during the activity).
- Tokens.
