Workplace Essential Skills - Train today for tomorrow's opportunities (2010)

This document provides an introduction to the New Brunswick government’s Workplace Essential Skills (WES) training program. The program was developed in collaboration with business, industry, community and labour organizations.

The authors outline what the WES training team can do for a company and describe the role of the employer in facilitating training. They also discuss benefits to the company from having a better-trained workforce, including improvements in health and safety.

The document includes contact information for the WES program.
