Professional Skills Record: Automotive Service Technician (2010)

NOC 7321

This handbook is designed to help skilled trades journeypersons manage the learning of their apprentices who are using a professional skills record (PSR). The PSR is used to provide a fair and objective assessment tool to record the apprentice’s skills and learning.

In addition to instructions on how to maintain a PSR, this document also includes appendices setting out a glossary of relevant terms used in the National Occupational Analysis and explaining essential skills tasks required for trades.
