Dyslexia and the Workplace (2005)

This document is directed at adults who struggle with dyslexia in the workplace. The author begins by providing information on the causes and characteristics of dyslexia and explaining the dyslexic way of learning.

The author outlines accommodations that can be made in a workplace to help a person who has dyslexia. Areas of accommodation include methods of teaching or giving instructions; lighting; and choice of paper, typeface and letter size for written materials.

The author has also included information on how dyslexia may affect second language learning and instruction in the workplace.
