"Summer in Smallywood" is a series of three online games designed to help young adult learners (ages 15-30) improve their employability by increasing their competence level in three Essential Skills: oral communication; working with others; and thinking skills.

In this instruction manual, the authors introduce the Smallywood characters; explain how to create a character and select a game; and provide a guide to the game screen.
