Approaches to Service Coordination (2011)

This document offers a discussion and analysis of four possible approaches to service coordination to meet the complex needs of Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) students in Ontario communities. The document was prepared by the Ontario Literacy Coalition, now known as Essential Skills Ontario (ESO).

The four approaches presented are case management; inter-agency cooperation; integrated programming; and community-wide planning.
