Learning: Everybody's project – A Learning Agenda: 2013-2018 (2013)

This document describes an initiative undertaken to engage citizens and organizations in developing a learning culture in the province of New Brunswick.

The project steering committee will improve learning outcomes across the province by coordinating cross-sector organizations to transform a fragmented system, the authors explain.

Social Movement Learning (2006)

A Review of the State of the Field in Adult Learning

The authors argue that social movements may be one of the richest sites for learning outside of the formal school system. They define social movement learning as learning by persons who are part of any social movement or learning by persons outside of a social movement as a result of the actions taken by the social movement or simply because of its existence.
