In this brief video, Sandi Howell, an adult educator and strategic advisor to Workplace Education Manitoba, talks about the benefits for businesses of skills training.

When employees improve their skills, learning is transferred to shop floor, she points out. That results in improved morale and, most importantly, increased productivity. There is less wastage and fewer accidents, and employees are better able to work independently.
