Giving Back: Volunteering For Work Experience - Instructor's Notes (2005)

How To Kit - Writing Ideas (2009)

This how-to kit can be used by teachers and adult educators, or it can be used for a community workshop to encourage writing by people of all ages.

The authors begin with a section on prewriting activities, including brainstorming and clustering, to help learners choose a topic or narrow their focus. The next section, on writing techniques and ideas, helps learners generate, organize and communicate their ideas.
