Summary - Consultation Report: Defining Canada's Needs for a Nationally Funded Network of Adult Literacy and Essential Skills Organizations (2012)

In March 2012, the Office of Literacy and Essential Skills (OLES) at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) began a consultation process aimed at identifying priority areas that the federal government should be supporting through a pan-Canadian network to promote adult Literacy and Essential Skills (LES) in Canada. This document outlines the methodology used for the process, along with key findings that emerged from it.
