Evaluation of the Canadian Union of Public Employees Literacy Program (2006)

Summary Report

The Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) literacy program has been funded since 2000 through a grant from the National Literacy Secretariat (NLS). At the end of five years, the NLS offers the option of an external evaluation, directed by the recipient organization and funded by the NLS. CUPE decided to take advantage of this opportunity.
