Nutrition Educators Learn Plain Language Basics: On-Line, Quick and Easy (2002)

Nutrition educators who choose and develop print materials need to learn plain language skills. However, distance, budgets, and time can limit attendance at trainings. To address these challenges, nutrition educators with the Oregon State University Extension Service developed Web-based information modules.
