This is the second of three volumes of writings by newly literate adults who took part in Saskatchewan literacy programs between 1989 and 1991. This anthology includes stories, poems and personal vignettes on a wide range of subjects.

Editing of the writings has been kept to a minimum to maintain the authors’ individual voices.

Exploring Approaches to Evaluation in Literacy Programs: A Provincial On-line Evaluation Workshop Summary (2006)

This document summarizes an on-line evaluation workshop hosted by the Saskatchewan Literacy Network in late 2006, in which 12 literacy practitioners from across the province participated. The workshop facilitator was Ningwakwe (Rainbow Woman), a member of the Chippewa First Nation, who has been involved in Aboriginal literacy for 19 years and advocates a holistic approach to literacy/life.
